Since, I’m moving on to college let me share to you guys what I’ve done the past days while I stayed in Iligan City.
We all know that Iligan City is not my hometown. Instead it is where I studied grade school to high school, which basically compromises of 60% of my whole life. We’re gonna settle in Calamba, Misamis Occidental (Hometown). So the lesser the chance I’m going back to Iligan. That is why I call this as my “Kiss Iligan Goodbye” trip - My last moments (Not literally) in Iligan.
It is all because we’re disposing the house here in Iligan. Dave & Heart will continue their studies in Calamba. Since grandmom is getting older, she needs to lay low. She doesn’t need to be stressed anymore with the role of guardian to my Dave & Heart.
Honestly it is very hard for me to leave this sentimental place. It is where I grew up. It has given me the feeling of safe and security like the once I feel when your mother hugs you tightly. But I have to let go. We do not have to be attached but rather, we treasure them.
So, after the whole visit is done. I’ll be posting pictures and summaries of what I’ve done the past few days. So I’ll talk to you soon and always remember stay gorgeous.
With love, Barry Montenegro.
